If you have storage space (rental contract) from 15m² to 56m² :
1. Please contact our customer service by chat to let us know your request
2. You will then receive a confirmation indicating your move out date (you must respect 2 months notice as indicated in your contract).
3. Two weeks before your release date, you will receive a form asking you to take photos of your cell and keys.
4. Following receipt of this form, an exit inventory will be generated and sent to you for signature.
5. We will give your deposit back by transfer (depending on the conformity of the state of your storage space) within 4 to 8 weeks.
If you have storage space (service provision contract) from 96 to 145m²:
1. Please contact our customer service by chat to let us know your request
2. You will then receive a confirmation indicating your move out date (you must respect 3 months notice as indicated in your contract).
3. Few weeks before your move out date, the customer service will plan a handback appointment with the company Constat'Immo. You will be informed concerning the date and hour.
4. A handback document will be field by the Constat'Immo agent, one copy will be given to you to get signed. The final document signed by both parts will be sent to us
5. We will give your deposit back by transfer (depending on the conformity of the state of your storage space) within 4 to 8 weeks.
If you have a business unit (rental under a lease)
1. In all cases, please inform us of your wish to terminate the lease by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to the following address:

> If you have a derogatory lease :
You can only give your notice period after 6 months renting and you will have to respect a notice period of 6 months as noticed in your contract.
> If you have a commercial lease :
You can only give your notice period before your third year of your rental contract. We remind you that every 3 years, your contract will goes on for 3 more years (3/6/9 years contract) if you didn't request a termination.
