The notice period for storage units is 8 weeks. For business units, the 3-6-9 commercial lease can be terminated every 3 years, on the anniversary date of the contract, with 6 months notice.
If you have signed a derogatory lease for business premises (subject to a 10% rent increase), this lease may be terminated at any time after 6 months' rental, with 6 months' notice.
