If you have storage space (rental contract) from 15m² to 56m² :

Your notice period is 2 months

If you have storage space (service provision contract) from 96 to 145m² :
Your notice period is 3 months

You can only give your notice period after 6 months renting and you will have to respect a notice period of 6 months as noticed in your contract.

> If you have a commercial lease :

You can only give your notice period before your third year of your rental contract. We remind you that every 3 years, your contract will goes on for 3 more years (3/6/9 years contract) if you didn't request a termination.
