The deposit will be paid back between 4 to 8 weeks after your move out date.
After you sent the pictures of your unit, we will analyze them.
If everything is ok and you don't have any due invoices, you will receive the total amount of your deposit back
If everything is ok but you do have due invoices, you will receive the total amount of your deposit back less the due amount.
If the pictures of your handback shows any damages, you will receive the total amount of your deposit back less the charges to cover the amount of repairs.
